Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports the General Manager in leading store operations, developing partners (employees), and delivering the Starbucks Experience. This role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, upholding Starbucks standards, and fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture. Flexibility is a must.  Must be able to work early morning hours, afternoon, evening and holidays.
