Under the supervision of the Lead Barista, the Starbucks Barista is responsible for delivering the Starbucks Experience by providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. This role represents Starbucks Mission and Values through positive customer interactions and teamwork. Flexibility is a must.  Must be able to work early morning hours, afternoon, evening and holidays. No supervision exercised.
